Since Linode start hitting low end market, their ticket response time increased from 10 minutes to couple hours for a single reply. Not sure what will happen after they started $5 plan.

There are many things to compare except price. I just want to know the others providers's advantages compared to linode which are not showed in their website.

Vultr isn't a LES provider though they have some users and maybe staff here. Vultr, Linode, DO etc. are all pretty comparable now, each with its own small differences. Basically compare for yourself

Trivia: LET was once hosted on Linode back in the Chief days. Their DDOS nullrouting made him move it elsewhere.

I usually only see people mention DO and VULTR nowadays with a mention of Linode every once in awhile.
