Now the price with IPv4 has increased by 0.5 euros, and the price with IPv6 only remains the same as before.

keep that reputation if it just doubled the price of existing servers. Even though it would get more money it would also get less customers in the future. But it can keep its reputation with a price

The most logical step from a business perspective if you are short on supply + high price on anything you can get is to increase your price between your existing and new service.
