Currently, I use Contabo, bought a VPSSlim on BF, early tried DigitalOcean and Oracle Free Tier.

Anyways that is not dedicated sources if you are miss interpreting them. It's highly unlikely you will find this specs for same money and ofcourse the above ones and also if at all some other provider

Looking for someone to beat Contabo's VPS "S SSD" Tier.

If you're willing to decrease your storage requirement, TNAHosting might work (Haven't tried them and can't vouch for them, though). Other than that Contabo is the only host within your budget.

For that price, only contabo would fit your needs.

Surprisingly, I got three of their 8GB VPS deals at 7am German time. Which I wanted to replace my K8S Cluster at Contabo, which were nice, but the performance wasnt that great.
