I never had a VPS from BuyVM but I use products from AlphaVPS and like them very much. Rock solid, quite cheap, excellent support - no storage VPS though.

Yes. Also OVH is similar. They network rate cap at 5 Mbps from OVH to Hetzner. 1 server with 250 Mbps unmetered at ovh and 1 server with 100 Mbps plus at hetzner. Data transfers were snails at 5Mb

Pro tip: don't host your website and portal on your own network so when things happen to it you still can communicate with customers. We've always used BuyVM for this purpose.
