I’m offering a service transfer for netcup rootserver G12 plan.

However, if you remove the cancellation and don't get it transferred before that, you'll be billed for it. Netcup does not split invoices. So whoever gets the invoice has to pay it. May be worth check

EDIT: btw is that real load i see there ? Or those vms are lxc ? I doubt netcup is lxc..
