There is Intel MKTME/TME using SGX and AMD SEV/SME which could help you with memory, but as I said, in 99,99% cases there shouldn't be a need for that. Coldboot is hard to pull off on modern memory.

I am looking to rent a dedicated server which has a CPU and motherboard that supports Intel SGX and has about 40 to 50 TB Hdd .

I am looking for a server with Intel SGX support for under $50/mo. Such CPUs will include e3-15xxv5 range and the motherboard should support SGX too (an updated BIOS helps).
