Aside from the routing issues affecting GSL Seoul, it appears that the status of the other speed-test nodes isn't looking very good either.

I'm not talking about you, just the general situation how it goes most of the time. (and yes, your attacks that you mention are basically nothing, lower than the port speed on most servers)

Its not like with us no harddisks are giving up in service so we have to replace it ( which is the major excuse of many other hosters to raise their prices for existing contracts / accounts / services
