If this is a Delimiter Atom server, then the storage backend is NetApp all fibre-channel based storage. Its all NetApp RAID which is very reliable.

seen offers from LusoVPS (256MB, 4.5€/mo) and Delimiter (from 512MB to 1.5GB, though all lack bandwidth and are expensive).

other than delimiter's current atom offer of $5/mo(yr) are there any other similar lowend dedi's

As for the DDOS attacking Delimiter's website, that is hosted off-network (for obvious reasons) at Carat Networks in Toronto. They seem to have received a number of attacks over the past few weeks and

@ATHK - Thanks for the recommendation but Delimiter's Atoms are only 2GB and max 1 IP address

I ordered with delimiter before around 20 days but they cancelled my order as they think it is high risk then i brought 2 servers one from codera and second from data shack and but are near to expiry
