Correct. For larger meltdowns they'll tender to all registrar's and see whos willing to take it on. Since Trustname was a few thousand domains it likely wasn't worth the effort and they just yolo'd it

2FA gets enabled on their accounts, domains pushed to another Trustname account, domains get transferred out. That's definitely not the official procedure lol

I forgot the procedure but aren't the domains they hold force migrated to somewhere else by icann?
