most of those cheap sellers technically don't give you legal keys (stolen, violates terms, etc). I mean, it's fine for home users/non business but I always tell folks they should just use MAS instead

I checked OVH VPS quite cheap for what they offer but unfortunately out of stock for singapore region.

For production use, I would go with Hosthatch. Greencloud is good and cheap, but due to the terms of use, you’ll be in safer on Hosthatch, especially on prod env.
