Not to mention that Wholesale Internet and Datashack kinda have the Kansas City budget market saturated. And they're using real transit and fiber, not some residential line.

Not to mention those that hold you for ransom, blacklist huge providers for some infected residential machines which dont even have rDNS and demand serious money for delisting.

a little bit sad, the blacklist IP's (including residential ones) that dont have a matching A record with the rDNS even if it is not a mail server then boast about how many IP's they have.
