Let's Encrypt offers wildcard certs with DNS validation. I haven't got around to automating it yet, but I don't have that many domains/servers.

You can do DNS validation rather than HTTP validation, then your host doesn't even need to be accessible publicly (so you can use Let's Encrypt for services that aren't exposed to the public internet)

looks liek k4y5 helped out with cloudflare issue, didnt have wildcard. now nginx page loads for domain, off to a start. now setup apps!

Did you request a wildcard certificate in the process? Domain-validation should work just fine. Check /usr/local/apnscp/storage/logs/error_log, most likely a fatal error triggered.
