For Singapore its very cheap.

It’s a ccTLD so things with WHOIS data is different and it is more private by default. They are the cheapest provider for .de domains especially with the hosting plans.

What about .de domains from netcup?

Don’t buy domains from netcup unless they are freely included on their hosting plans. They do not offer full whois privacy and the dns management is very bad.
