Using netcup 2.5Gbps German server for testing, the downlink is indeed slow, and the uplink has no problem. No offense intended, just want to solve the problem.

Once i ordered Rootserver with netcup and they have strict policies about the contract agreement. so i need to use atleast 2 month because of i have to cancel agreement before 30 days.
