No. When we launched Crane we had a 1 month window to transfer credits from BuyVM, but that's been closed since ~May now.

Though $2/m is rather low considering the IPv4 requirement, some providers may bite if you do a bulk order of 10 VPS for $250/yr. But you should probably check their peering too.
