Nginx till the grave, email server is fine but would you need AV and spam filter as well? If yes forger the lower ram footprint. For caching redis and memcached are the only way for me.

10gb is the bare minimum and it does not work for many use cases.

In a hybrid environment for a storage server, mostly the OS itself and maybe some SWAP is hosted on the NVMe drive, for which i think 10GB suffices.
