What is it that you are looking for? Just start by setting up things one by one. One step at time. One of the best tutorials are available either in official docs of a project or DigitalOcean / Linode

A few of them got selected by Linode.com for publication too (Already got paid for 1 guide). I got myself a domain name and a VPS and I would soon be publishing all list of work I have done or do.

The wall is getting higher and higher every year. Some Linode Japan and Vultr Japan IP addresses are either already blocked or will be as soon as you start using them. Aliyun HK is good but expensive,

Linode is great.

Use Linode (right after setup this email always landing on gmail inbox) , from price point it's cheaper to use your own server if you had many domains.

On Linode, Vultr, AWS and others (basically everyone but Kagoya from what I know) it is usually between 30ms to 50ms.
