But as you want NL or FI, maybe @LiteServer (NL) has something for you. In FI I don't know any interesting provider (and also am disinterested).

Just for fun I looked up the compiled result sets of my recent storage VPS benchmarks plus a single run on my @c1vhosting storage VPS, which was so crappy that I couldn't even reasonably do 10+ runs.
