Maybe you can ask blazingfast.io (NL and maybe ukraine) and @cociu (Romania) from hostsolutions.ro i think.

Just two examples, but how are hostsailor or edis "offshore"? Instead what about adding blazingfast.io (UA and NL) and en.hostsolutions.ro (RO, obviously) by @cociu?

Hostsolutions.ro generally has decent-to-good reviews here, but does anyone have a quick review and/or benchmark of this OpenVZ offer? Also interested in network performance.
