We agree. It's a limitation of WHMCS (the control panel we're using) unfortunately.

We also offer API/WHMCS (TENANTOS) for dedicated servers

The control panel will automatically renew the service for 3 years (it's a limitation of WHMCS - control panel). You can open a ticket then to get the 4th year extension again.

Someone has to login to your WHMCS, decide to send a mass email to your customers, then send the draft by accident.

At this point I just think someone gained access to their WHMCS panel and sent mass email to their customers. If that's the case then it means all customer info is leaked also.
