Get a server from delimiter one of the 20$ Atlanta servers and load the windows os via IPMI

If you decide to move on, then please PM me the spec, I'd be happy to get you some pricing the an equivalent HP box with full ILO as you have on your existing Delimiter box.

Delimiter doesn't have any low-cost unmetered services. OVH/Online/Hetzner maybe good options.

No EU for Delimiter yet as far as i know.

I have dedicated from delimiter, nothing to complain.

you might want to google delimiter before purchasing. they have a record of bad service and questionable tax records. and they are not an open company
