I am planning to implement something similar very soon, so having a reference implementation would greatly speed up the development process.

* Live pooled resource enforcement (not only during user creation), including automatic blocking or suspension when a reseller exceeds disk, bandwidth, or user limits.

on ToS wording that labeled port speed only means the theoretical maximum, not guaranteed real-world speed.

At that price point I would treat the dedicated box more like “old hardware with a public IPv4” than a normal dedicated server. The important checks are usually not CPU specs but: disk health/replacem

The server administrator creates reseller plans with limits such as maximum customers, pooled disk space, bandwidth allocation and allowed hosting packages

Do you need 1Gbps for unmetered as well, or a lower speed would be enough?

I remember the days when we used to save images on 1.44MB disks, it was like one image per disk and the quality wasn't anything near amazing.

There is the possibility of adding more RAM or Disk Space during the order.
