For me, Contabo usually takes a week and a half to reply to my email. Never tried to call them, I'm in APAC, and I have no confidence in my telephone English, maybe I should instead of mailing them.

You are recommending vertical (ded)/horizontal(two servers) scaling to someone who doesn't even know WHY he has problem and has 20-25 euro budget. Contabo is notorious for very high CPU steal and 1.3K
