Looking at the baseline for geekbench6 and the E5-2690, it looks like the single core score is 585, so I guess 403 isn't so unreasonable considering the CPU.

Agreed. Buyvm is a very affordable host if you care about shit just working. Been a customer for years. part from som lux downtime never had a single issue.

Their pricing is fine.

ZH is more expensive than lux by a good bit.

Considering the pricing difference, I doubt you'll go with ZH.
