Delimiter have some budget E3-1225v3's which may be suitable

@miki - I suggested creating a subscription list to Delimiter about a year ago. If there is any traction in that then it maybe worth setting it up.

If you want the ones >$49/mo, you'll need to head over to webhostingtalk and just search for delimiter. The core offers are the same, periodically they'll have some extras though

Delimiter is offering this for $4 which is hard to beat
