I can't tell you about any specific errors because after that, I completely reinstalled Debian and rebuilt and reconfigured all the sites from scratch (since I didn't have a backup)

Are you receiving any error messages? Have you checked log files? What behavior are sites exhibiting?

I never used any of their 12TB's. The 8TB HGST's I have in use are still basically perfect. They're 7 years old now w/o a single SMART error or realloc.
