But for low-cost production in Europe, I'd choose between Hetzner, OVH, Netcup or Infomaniak.

I wouldn't touch Solus!!! I find Netcup's CP to be bland and missing modern built in features. I'm comparing it to the likes of Hetzner or even OVH (Image)
