Nope, in my experience, HVH is much more ok than others. BlueVM is s**t, ChicagoVPS is a bit better than BlueVM, and HVH is much better than CVPS. I think I can rate HVH as an average provider.

I have a game master server which runs on Crystal (utilizes only 1 core). It will be used only as a match making server. And I did some testing on ChicagoVPS last month, and my results were:
