It's not uncommon to see a host give you cheap 100 Mbps unmetered traffic in Taiwan or Hong Kong, and charge an arm and a leg for an extra 10 Mbps when it peers directly with China.

The company's reputation is beyond tarnished at this point, one can probably find other cheap deals as well. I am not sure why sarah would get a vps again.
