In the 3rd step, you need to refresh. That did the trick! Otherwise all these errors pop up which actually does not point to anything. All these errors were misleading in the first place. Should have

To fix it you'll need to SSH into your Storage box, open the mentioned file with nano and change the opcache.max_accelerated_files= value to at least 4500, (as per the error message)
