Unless you are a Delimiter customer how would you have 'sent a mail to Delimiter support' they have no email address, you'd have to open a ticket.

I asked @MarkTurner for a looking glass for the Atlanta location in this thread and also sent a mail to Delimiter support.. no answer from either of them.

I've seen a lot of 'Siege' / apachebench / Jmeter / Gattling on our network in LA and Atlanta. I know Delimiter hosts a few servers there for customers offering this as a service.

Those Delimiter offers are only available in Atlanta, Georgia I think

These do not include a Windows license, but if you have your own license key then you can just set it up using Delimiter's provisioning system:
