The way their mailserver is configured isn't great I think, mxroute marks them as spam aswell, DKIM, etc fails, hotmail is rather strict and iirc even puts mxroute in spam, so they might just drop the

MXroute is not suitable for mass emailing, has outbound 300 emails per hour limitation.
