How about Hetzner's Shared vCPU AMD and Netcup's Root Server in comparison?

Had Hetznet dedi, moved to Netcup root and using for three years already.

Happily using 1-3 tiny VPS on Hetzner for 4 years with 100% uptime. Just picked up a couple of servers from NetCup on Black Friday for testing and so far the server is pretty fast but their admin pane

But why not Netcup?

Back to Netcup with their RS2000. I might jump to OVH if they actually restocks their BF deals though.

I have a small Hetzner box because I needed a box with an access to an entire /64 and a Netcup rootserver for video encoding (8 cores, 16GB memory @ 14 EUR/m). Netcup's VDSes are relatively cheap.

If have to choose from these 3x, it's Hetzner, OVH, and Netcup...

Netcup but hardly any capacity in the US but great bandwidth total limits at like 2TB a day...if you can buy anything in Virginia which doubt it'll happen.

Netcup is not a suitable replacement, they only offer 2tb and then throttle you no matter how big of a plan you have.

if you go for clouvider's black friday double bandwidth you get 10TB... there's netcup also
