If you don't care about location just get a Atom for $5/6/7 pm (can't remember but its close) with Delimiter, I believe that's on a yearly payment though.

I am aware of the Delimiter deal, however the X5150 processors, frankly, suck. The L5420 isn't much better.

If it is legal stuff perhaps a Delimiter atom? Prepay makes it $60 a year or something...

Most importantly, Delimiter wouldn't allocate /25 to such a small server. There is no good justification for it.
