I think the best option is to get a VPS, then contact Reddit support and ask for them to whitelist your IP address and state to them it's a static IP for a private VPN.

I misunderstood your question, I don't use commercial vpn services. I run my own vpn via many budget vps and was answering in that capacity (rarely/never having issues with CF).
