This would suggest they do actually have access to their systems, either WHMCS or Virtualizor, or both. The breacher logged in directly through VNC.

If it was a Virtualizor breach then they can send emails direct from Virtualizor's control panel, which would explain why the email isn't in the WHMCS email history.

I'm also not entirely sure about this, but this email is not in the WHMCS email history, so could be a breach of their sendgrid shit and that's it.
