Still not bad pricing for example delimiter charge $1/ip regardless you getting just under $1 so its not bad for servers from $20/month! and rent to owns from $30!!!

L5420 with the P400 from Dacentec is your better bet over SYS (unless you need DDoS protection). But see what @MarkTurner has for stock in ATL, I prefer the Delimiter network to Dacentec.

You should check out Dacentec, I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I haven't personally used Delimiter's dedicated servers but people say great things about them so check them out too.
