There are a few more options, in the US there are ColoCrossing and Aquatis, in Europe there is HostBrr, for example:

My suggestion hostbrr Singapore must be moved from contabo. It Will be good for them. I believe that they not running backup because of contabo IO issues.

I don't know about losses, but I've moved out from Hostbrr.

HostBRR custom package, iperf test still kills SSH, the problem hasn't been fixed yet but the system is solid. CPU is 7950X3D

There's also HostBrr and Limitless Hosting. I also recently got a couple of plans at xHosts and HostSlim but I'll need to use a bit before I can recommend.
