I've also toyed around with the idea of setting up a 3-node Proxmox cluster, but I'm not too fond of managing CEPH. I've heard lots of horror stories about it, and it seems quite picky and specialized

I'd suggest getting the 100GB plan for 3 years at $20 if its still available. They offer FTP access to the storage and a premium license of eM client too.

My monthly usage is around 800-900Tb on a 2Gbps connection so if you can arrange that then let's do it.

KVM Premium XS, from @advinservers looks so promising

@marc1976 I assume this was the 2x480 SSD version and you got extra 2 HDDs?

We don’t have a setup with a 200GB SSD specifically, but we can offer a much better configuration that fits your needs and budget.

@AlexBarakov @Dedispec 2Gbps unmetered is a must

KVM FAT Slice 6CPU: 6 Dedicated CoresRAM: 24 GBStorage: 1500 GB NVMeBandwidth: 10 Gbps up to 24 TB, then 10 Mbps unmeteredIP: 1x IPv4 IncludedLocation: Montreal, CanadaSupport: 24/7Price: $14.00 USD /

I've got KS-LE-1 (upgraded RAM and DISK) server available for transfer.

MXRoute is a real good service. We had one issue as they blocked one of our server IPs. But you can remove it easy from their blocklist. All is very easy to setup and configure.

We can get in under that budget but it'll be 1Gbit Unmetered, I know you needed 2Gbps Unmetered. I sent you the build in case you're interested. It did include hardware RAID.
