HestiaCP works very well, but I haven't found a user-friendly theme like cPanel or DirectAdmin.

Basically, we added a user into cPanel and it somehow messed up the permissions of our website's home folder. After sorting that out, the site was restored.

yeah makes sense cpanel is comfy for most users and easy to sell guess sticking with what works is smarter than chasing new shiny stuff even if price sucks

FTP won’t support it due to how chatty it is. For SFTP our dev talked about adding ssh key support but haven’t made any progress. I may need to bribe him with cat treats/toys.
