What do you mean not enough? Delimiter literally has a $20/mth server and with duel e5420's and 8gb ram, thats a pretty "good cpu ram configuration" exactly as the OP asked for.

Believe me, I would very much like to play with the Delimiter Server (8 cores and 16GB, duh). So much space! Throw 8GB at Zimbra and have the rest for all my experiments/little sites.

with ovh and online.net not fitting your bill, perhaps delimiter has the best deal in your case, especially i recall zimbra hog cpu like crazy sounds like dedi is better.

Nothing wrong with Delimiter, I actually quite like them but I live in England and if I am to add a game server the latency will move from 10-30ms to 100-150ms that's all. I did mention at the bottom
