I could use a BuyVM VPS, but if we grow very large it would be not-exactly-fair-use. I know Hurricane Electric offers BGP tunnels but at $500 USD/month it would be easier to transit with them.

IIRC BuyVM offload SQL was limited to BuyVM VMs only.
