I think you'd have a better luck finding such deals on netcup's own forum. They have a dedicated space just for service transfers.

oke, Netcup finally answer my ticket after 2 weeks:

read the OP. billing is monthly with netcup, however these have 12 month contracts and need active cancellation 30 days in advance - that's what the part with the earliest termination date is about.
