not in all VPS, but few will reset

Hello, I am unable to reset my password. After clicking the “Reset Password” button, I receive the following message:Error ;(

My position reset due to mobile browsers not keeping the page open frequently enough for your system, so I guess I give up.

I remember buying a $1/yr cpanel hosting back in 2017 or 18. But what are these prices !

Is there any issue with the website, I paid for reseller hosting with razorpay and hasn't received any email. Also the client area is not allowing me login or reset password.
