If only the price is the issue, it became an industry standard. Check Hetzner, OVH, etc.

Is vps 2 the same price as 1?

I do have a KS-6 in Strasbourg that I'm not using if you want transfer. I will charge you the renewal price as I had to pay for monthly plus setup fee.
