I’ve considered the €2 VPS from Netcup due to their appealing traffic policy, but I’m concerned about the performance being somewhat lacking. I think €4 might be a bit too expensive for my budget.

Got a few small projects and 1C/1GB RAM/10GB Space are usually the specs I'm looking for, uptime and overall good network peering is important and netcup does have both of these.
