Need VPS For Simple PHP Script

I am currently working on a project, a simple php script that publishes the title track from Icecast metadata to social media (especially twitter). This project requires a mini server (with optimal network quality to asia).

Specifications of the hard drive does not need much (because only a minimum necessary for the installation of the OS, PHP, cron, and a simple script). At the time I did the test on the local computer, do not need a lot of bandwidth (a process that requires the connection is performed only 4 times per hour).

But as far as the trial process, the process requires approximately 256 to 384 RAM (the ram usage in real calculation multiplied by 2).

Can anyone provide a VPS for this purpose, with a price range of under $ 7 per year?

EDIT: Preferrably vps which is located on the west coast

Both have been working well, can't comment on XVMLabs' support though.

Actually just have 3 providers in my list, and 1 of them is skipped (XVMLabs).

for price < $10 you need many positive review?

if you can spend $15 go with buyvm, ramnode, or crissic.

I'm not counting only from the amount of reviews. but also from how the provider respond to it.

I already have RamNode & Crissic account (for another purpose), but seems like a bit to high (on the specs, especially disk size) for such a simple project like this one i'm working on..
