Fair question, and we're happy to be transparent. GenixNode is a separate brand run by GenixNode LLC, but yes, we share infrastructure and data center partners with Rabisu, which is why the network and some plans look similar.
On KYC: we don't require it from everyone. If you sign up with accurate, genuine details, you can order and get your server without any KYC. Verification is only requested for accounts that look suspicious, for example when the details entered appear fake or inconsistent. That keeps fraud and abuse off our network and protects IP reputation for all customers.

Realistically, 2GB/2vCPU with 5-10GB storage is about $10-20 a year on sales, usually from smaller providers, but those tend to be oversold with weaker CPU. If you need steady CPU, $25-35 a year gets you something more reliable. What will you run on it? A lightweight proxy or monitoring box is fine on the cheap tier, but anything with a database is better off with the pricier one.
