Looking for dedicated server in singapore-
Min 4 Core ,16GB RAM, 200 GB (Can live with less upto 100 GB but 200 GB is preferable)
Need dedicated 100% cpu with no rate limits.

Layer.ae @rsk, WebHorizon @Abd @webhorizon, or OrangeVPS @orangevps have VDS and/or bare-metal offerings in Singapore.
EDIT: There's also HostHatch @hosthatch with their dedicated cores in their products.

What's your monthly budget, and do you need DDoS protection or a specific bandwidth limit? Also, when you say dedicated 100% CPU, do you mean a full dedicated server or dedicated vCPU on a VPS? That changes which of these providers fit.
