not really fussy on either, aslong as solid provider

  • Cloudflare paid with a crypto card works beautifully. In fact, it works with most providers. Of the big ones, Google Cloud is the only one I've struggled with.

Hard to comment on pricing as it varies by use case and provider. Some charge for things others don't.

Yes, just setup Garage for example.

Many of our users use S3. Or ask in ticket to have it built for you, on your own preferences.

Which S3 features do you need exactly? A lot of providers don't have 100% compatibility with AWS.

I agree crypto cards are great! but they incurr heavy fees, i forget to top-them up, providers constantly die (ones that don't kyc) and the good ones that need KYC kinda remove the point of crypto

Anyways thanks all gonna go with systemfreaks pricing is straight forward, and 3x egress for me is plenty.

the same thing will happen for crypto payment. So, You need to fix you some RAM.

Hi! CubePath here. We offer S3-compatible object storage in Barcelona, and crypto is supported for balance top-ups, subject to account availability. How much storage and monthly outbound traffic do you need?

  • Datalix https://datalix.eu/rent-s3-compatible-objectstorage
Payment by cryptocurrency is only possible by topping up credit.
    3.95 EUR/1TB/10 TB

yeah that why I thought it's too good to be true. That price can't even cover the cost of buy hdd themselves, so I can't see how they can cover the cost with their scheme of initial setup price per tb + fixed price per month

The charge 6 euros per TB (higher than us, we charge $6), if their setup is proper there is enough margin to buy new HDDs

If I understand correctly, if I pay 2k eur now, then I have 1PB s3 storage for 60 eur a month, which is insane. 2k eur is enough to buy like 3 x 24TB HDD :/ this doesn't make sense to me

  • @LEBUserJoe Do you need unmetered bandwidth?

To me it looks like they didn't run QA on their order form :)

    They say indeed "Premium Account

    Monthly subscription
    Storage upgrade only charged once"

But from that you know the service isn't sustainable and won't be around for long, Object storage is not only HDDs
